A $45 non-refundable deposit is listed in Kura’s booking policies. Special services and monthly deals may have different payment terms; review your selected appointment.
Prepare your hair +
Arrive with washed, blow-dried hair, free of product and oil. Detangle and stretch your hair into 4–8 braids. Avoid blunt-cut ends; Kura asks that any trim happen three weeks before your appointment.
Choose your hair & add-ons +
Select the correct hair color, size, length, and desired add-ons when booking. Check your style and color seven days before your appointment. Bring-your-own-hair options are available for MiracleKnots.
Scheduling & rescheduling +
Contact Kura at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule. Fees and deposit terms apply. No extra guests. Read the full policies on the booking page for cancellations, preparation fees, and child pickup terms.
